She is a valued member of Parrott Benefit Group, headquartered in North Carolina, where she has built a longstanding career dedicated to helping businesses optimize their employee benefits programs.

Committed to industry leadership and advocacy, Michelle is actively involved in the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP). She currently serves as the North Carolina State President and National Chair for Membership in Region V. Her past leadership roles include President of the Raleigh Triangle chapter and Chair of the General Assembly Action Committee, where she collaborated with legislators on healthcare policy initiatives impacting employees across North Carolina.
